What we collect

When you submit a worker registration, employer enquiry or contact form we collect the information you provide (name, contact details, work history, right-to-work documents, certifications, uploaded CVs). We also collect basic analytics data to improve the site.

How we use it

Worker data is used to match you to construction vacancies. Employer data is used to fulfil your recruitment enquiry. Contact form data is used only to respond to your message.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@wildingrecruitment.co.uk.

Retention

Worker registrations are held for up to 24 months from your last activity, then deleted or anonymised. Employer enquiries are held for 6 years for accounting purposes.
